1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the consumable nature of honey and food-related products, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product was delivered damaged, defective, or contaminated.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product packaging was tampered with before delivery.
- The order is incomplete or missing items.
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- The product must remain substantially unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase and supporting photos/videos may be required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or consumed honey products.
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
- Customized, promotional, or discounted items unless defective.
- Returns requested beyond the approved return period.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds may be issued through the original payment method or via agreed alternative methods.
- Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Zortrax Honey Kenya.

- Exchange for an equivalent product
Replacement requests are subject to product availability.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before dispatch or shipment. Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
